Robert has been in the coffee & hospitality industry for over 8 Years, collecting experiences and awards along the way. Placing in state titles for coffee tasting and brewing to most recently picking up the famous golden bean coffee roasting gold medal for an entry of one of our house blends at Mantle & Moon that he created.

Responsible for all things coffee, Robert is tasked with sourcing green beans, coffee roasting, ongoing in-depth barista training for all baristas in the company to ensure that we bring out the best of the coffee that we work with, from the farm to the cup.

A career in hospitality spanning over 25 Years has shown Nathan’s passion for the industry. His expertise in hospitality is shown from countless happy patrons Nathan has served, with stunning reviews to match. Charismatic, energetic, knowledgeable and professional, Nathan provides the best experience for his guests.

Between putting smiles on faces throughout our venues, Nathan now also assists in our coffee world for Mantle & Moon. He works alongside our head of coffee to provide quality training to our baristas and is also helping with roasting of our quality blends.
